Price Information

The stated prices are per day and apartment for 2 adults. Included are accommodation, bed linen, heating, water, and electricity, final cleaning, and all fees and taxes, excluding the local tourist tax. This is 2.20 € per day and person (from 14 years old) and is collected on-site.

For short stays of up to three nights, we charge a surcharge of 50.00 € per apartment.

We guarantee that you will get your stay at the best price when you book directly on this website. You will not find it cheaper anywhere else under the same conditions.

Booking Information

Your booking becomes binding after the written booking request from your side and our written confirmation.

Booking

Please note: The booking becomes binding upon payment of a deposit of 20% of the total amount. The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

The reservation can be canceled without a cancellation fee up to 30 days before the arrival date. Only the deposit will be retained.

For cancellations up to 7 days before the arrival date, 60% of the agreed total price is due, and for cancellations less than 7 days before the arrival date, 80% of the total price is due.

In case of no-show or early departure, the full amount for the entire booking period is due.
